Learn the ins and outs of fermentation in an engaging six-week course titled "Food Fermentation Series”, a kick off for Building Community in the Kitchen. Tim Burke of Idle Acre Farms will host the series in the Foothills Food Hub Kitchen on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm from March 19th until April 23rd.

McDowell Impact Peer Support Services (Impact) is a CareReach program serving the people in our community experiencing substance use disorder and seeking recovery. As McDowell County's first-ever peer support program, Impact offers an innovative approach involving a collaboration of multiple agencies that utilize peer support specialists to promote and support recovery.
